PT Andalan Artha Primanusa (formerly PT Nusa Karya Realti) is a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and headquartered in North Jakarta.
The Company was established under Deed of Establishment No. 36 dated June 16, 2014, drawn before Antonius Wahono Prawirodirdjo, S.H., Notary in North Jakarta, and has been duly approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-17455.AH.01.01. Year 2014 dated August 12, 2014.

Milestones

2026

Awarded a Letter of Award from PT Position, January 22, 2026, for the development and operation of a nickel mining project in Maba Village, East Halmahera, North Maluku, marking Andalan’s strategic expansion into the nickel sector.

2025

Signed a contract addendum with PT Bukit Asam Tbk on December 1, 2025, covering additional production volume and material hauling services, reflecting continued trust in Andalan’s performance.

2024

Entered into a contract with PT Bukit Asam Tbk (SBS Project) on December 30, 2024, for production support services in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra, strengthening revenue sustainability and expanding service capabilities.

2018

Signed a contract with PT Budi Gema Gempita on August 8, 2018, for coal mining services in Lahat, South Sumatra—marking the foundation of Andalan’s operational track record.
