Jakarta, March 10, 2026 – PT Andalan Artha Primanusa (Andalan) recorded an improvement in the quality of its financial performance in fiscal year 2025, reflected in a stronger EBITDA margin of approximately 39%, up from 27% in 2024.
This increase in profitability was driven by cost structure optimization, including improved fuel efficiency through fleet rejuvenation, as well as more disciplined and integrated operational management.
In 2025, Andalan posted EBITDA of IDR 145.40 billion, compared to IDR 113.71 billion in the previous year. Total revenue reached IDR 368 billion, primarily supported by overburden removal services amounting to IDR 292.90 billion and coal production revenue of IDR 53.86 billion.
Amid operational challenges such as extreme weather conditions and dynamic field environments, Andalan maintained stable production, achieving overburden removal of 8 million BCM and coal production of 2 million tons in 2025. This reflects the Company’s operational resilience and its ability to manage complex mining projects.
In addition, the heavy equipment rental segment contributed positively, with utilization reaching 18 thousand hours, further strengthening Andalan’s revenue structure and supporting asset efficiency.
Alongside ongoing investments in productive assets to support business expansion, Andalan continues to enhance its operational capacity to improve competitiveness and readiness for the next phase of growth.
Management views 2025 as a strategic consolidation phase focused on strengthening operational foundations, improving efficiency, and building a healthier and more sustainable cost structure.
In line with this, Andalan also recorded a stronger financial position, reflected in the increase in total assets and equity as a result of investments in productive assets. At the same time, liabilities are managed prudently to maintain a balanced capital structure.
From a financial ratio perspective, Andalan demonstrated improvements across key indicators, including asset utilization efficiency and debt management, in line with enhanced operational capacity and productivity.
Looking ahead, Andalan expects stronger performance growth, supported by a significant increase in operational volume. Over the 2026–2028 period, overburden removal volume is projected to increase to 38 million BCM, from a target of 20 million BCM in 2026, in line with project expansion and increased production activities.
With a combination of operational efficiency, a strengthened financial structure, and measured business expansion, Andalan remains confident in its ability to improve profitability and create long-term value for shareholders.
